Plan Ahead

For regular cleaning services, we recommend scheduling in advance to secure your preferred time slots—especially during peak periods like weekends or holidays.

Establishing a consistent cleaning routine (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly) not only ensures a consistently clean environment but also makes planning easier for both you and our team.

  • Regular cleaning requires a minimum of 30 hours over a defined schedule.
  • One-off or ad-hoc cleaning services require a minimum of 1 hour per session.

When booking, let us know the size of the space, specific cleaning tasks, and any special instructions. This helps us allocate the right resources and time for your job.

Before confirming your schedule, you can request a free quotation. This ensures clarity on the scope of work and cost involved, with no surprises.

Please make sure someone is available to grant access to the premises at the scheduled time, or arrange for keys or codes to be provided safely.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly give us at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to reassign the slot and avoid any cancellation fees.

Stay in touch with our team to update us on any changes in your needs or preferences. We’re happy to adjust your schedule whenever possible to accommodate you.

Cleaning Preparation Tips for Customers

To help us deliver the most efficient and effective cleaning service, we kindly ask clients to consider the following preparations before our team arrives:

Secure Valuables

Please store away any valuables, important documents, or fragile items to prevent accidental damage or misplacement.

Ensure that someone is available to grant entry, or arrange for secure key/code access ahead of time.

If possible, tidy up personal items such as clothes, toys, dishes, or paperwork so our team can focus fully on cleaning.

Let us know in advance about any areas that need extra attention, off-limits rooms, or specific cleaning products you’d like us to use.

If you have pets, please secure them in a safe space to ensure their comfort and the safety of our staff.

Make sure water and electricity are available on-site, as these are essential for our equipment and cleaning processes.

If parking is restricted, kindly inform us ahead of time so we can plan accordingly or avoid delays.

For deep cleaning or post-construction services, ensure that windows can be opened or ventilation is adequate.

If anyone in the household or office is unwell or vulnerable, please let us know so we can adjust accordingly for health and safety.

For new clients, having a quick walk-through with our team (if you’re available) helps align expectations and clarify priorities.
