Minimum Service Duration
- Regular Cleaning Services: Minimum booking of 30 hours is required for ongoing, scheduled cleaning.
- One-Off Services: We require a minimum of 1 hour per session, ideal for occasional or deep cleaning needs.
Cancellation Policy
We appreciate advance notice if there is a need to cancel or reschedule your service. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for all scheduled cleanings to help us manage resources effectively and continue delivering excellent service to all our clients.
